Are the Delivery costs relevant?
The given delivery costs upon placing your order are approximate. After your order confirmation, you will receive an email with the relevant delivery costs.
How long will the shipping take?
It depends on your location. For Europe it usually takes 1-4 days. After you order confirmation, you will receive information about the delivery time.
Can I track my shipping?
For deliveries in Bulgaria, you won’t be able to track your shipping, but you will receive your order in 1 – 2 days. For the orders for other countries, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
What to do if there is not enough quantity in stock from the item I want to order?

Is it obligatory to add Cost Center number?
Yes, it is obligatory. If you do not add it to your order, your order won’t be approved.
